Our CEO is an Architect, specialized in construction management from the University of Houston. Mr. Vargas is a bussiness oriented professional. His work experience has emphasis in creating his own real state investments & properties portafolio, analize projects feasibility, branding concept design, project and business management in construction and diverse areas such as sports/recreation and agribusiness.
Zulay Ardila
PROJECT MANAGER/DESIGNER
She is an Architect, manages her own real state investments firm, "Agentes Inmobiliarios” a company with a 20-year tradition in the Colombian real estate market, recognized for its excellent reputation in terms of seriousness and compliance. Mrs. Ardila has directed numerous single-family and multi-family construction projects, as well as projects for commercial use. Among her extensive experience, she has 5 years as a real state agent in the greater Houston area.

REAL STATE MARKET ANALYST
Daniel is a real state professional, specialized in the area of the city of Houston, with more than 25 years of experience, he has been recognized by the Houston Association Of Realtors as annual top producer for 3 straight years. Also, he has experience in the banking sector as a financial advisor and is our expert in document management to obtain construction permits before the City of Houston.
